How Storage Works

The Supabase products table is the team source of truth — anyone hitting the dashboards sees those products live. While you're signed in (Clients tab), every cell edit syncs to the database in the background. When you're not signed in, edits save to your browser only — useful for experimenting without affecting teammates. Hit Reset to Database to discard local edits and pull the team copy.

Archived
Assigned Products 0
Products marked Assigned are archived here — by default hidden from the dashboard catalog and from clients, feeding only the dashboard's "recently sold" cards. Flip the Show toggle on a row to keep it visible in the client catalog, badged SOLD and no longer selectable. Set a row's status back to Active to return it to the catalog normally.
Contract Pipeline
Requests —
Requests land here the moment a client submits from the dashboard or summary — products stay Active until you act. Review, set the contract type, and Approve — approval is what holds the products (Pending Sold) and hands off to the automation (n8n). Rejecting an approved deal, or an expiry, releases them.
